Diagnostic Kit for Evinrude Outboard Engines

Genuine Evinrude Diagnostics is now finally available for independent powersports workshops and DIY mechanics.

The “Evinrude® Diagnostics Software Program” communicates directly with the engine control unit (ECU) and the engine management module (EMM). It is used to retrieve diagnostic data, configure engine operating parameters, perform maintenance tasks, and generate detailed engine reports for Evinrude® Direct Injection (DI) engines and the Evinrude® E-TEC® series.

Key Features & Functions

By using this diagnostic kit together with the Evinrude® Diagnostics Software Program, you can perform a wide range of tests and analyses, including:

• Read and clear fault codes
• Read EMM module identification
• Monitor sensors and actuators in real time
• Read technical parameters in real time
• Test operation of the electric fuel pump
• Test injectors and ignition coils
• Generate engine performance graphs
• Update EMM software (upload engine map updates)
• Perform EMM recovery (restore communication functionality)
• Read injector serial numbers
• Replace injector data files
• Monitor TPS temperature and voltage
• Print or export diagnostic data to PDF
• And many other tests and analyses
